A simple strand of small Wild Horse stone rounds, a small sterling songbird, one rutilated quartz briolette and some sterling findings make up this delicate bracelet. This would stack well with anything you like to wear on your wrist..versatile, neutral and still one of a kind!

𝕆𝕗 𝕚𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥:: Wild Horse stone is a rare, striking gemstone composed of white magnesite with brown mottling and hematite, also known as Crazy Horse or Appaloosa Stone. It is not actually turquoise, despite being nicknamed "Wild Horse Turquoise" Mined in Arizona.

Every piece of jewelry I create begins with fire. Each glass bead is handmade by me, one at a time, at the torch — shaped from rods of fine specialty glass using the age-old lampworking techniques of the glass masters. Once formed, every bead is carefully annealed for lasting strength and cleaned by hand, removing the traces of clay from the mandrel it was made on.

The clasps/closures and other components I fabricate using traditional silversmith techniques.

The rings are created by my husband in his off days, using organic sand-casting methods. All making begins in the heat of the flame.

When it’s time to bring a piece together, I choose each element with intention. Natural stones, sterling and fine silver, copper, and brass are paired with my glass beads and other gemstones organically.

My love for turquoise runs deep. We spent a few years living in Texas, close to the New Mexico border, and that landscape expanded way I see color and the materials I reach for. I’m drawn to the warmth of the desert, to the beauty of natural, un-dyed turquoise — often stones I’ve handpicked myself in Mesilla and Ruidoso, New Mexico.

These days, I’m most inspired by the quiet rhythm of fabrication — shaping sterling silver, bronze, brass, and art glass into pieces that carry a bit of earth, fire, and story in every detail.
